What is ice cream?
Ice cream is a frozen mass made from ingredients like milk, sugar, juices and flavourings with creamy melting properties.

must contain at least 70% milk. Ice cream varieties from fermented dairy products can be named after their respective label, e.g. yoghurt ice cream or sour milk ice cream.
